The state of the dry storage building will feature as many as 750 slips, and can accept boats up to 55 feet in length. Boats will not only be protected from daily wear and tear, but owners will also have peace of mind thanks to 24-hour security, a fenced complex, and closed-circuit video monitoring. An app-based reservation service enables owners to schedule their departures and add provisions such as fuel, water, and ice with ease. And when you return from your trip, our team is ready to give your boat a freshwater washdown and engine flushing, complimentary. The 120-slip wet dock can accommodate boats up to 220 feet in length. Constructed with heavy-duty aluminum frames, the docks include multiple fuel docks, power pedestals, potable water, 50A and 30A shore power at all slips, with 100A power available at larger slips. The combination of the dock’s ability to withstand heavy wave loads and the protected marina basin ensures calm, tranquil waters and easy access.

On-Site Marina Amenities

A limited number of exclusive marina memberships are currently available, with the marina’s completion scheduled for 2025. In addition to exceptional storage solutions, the marina will feature full marine service capability, onsite marine parts sales, upholstery services, detailing, and more.
